Based in Berlin since 1990, Winters & Hirsch have become one of the leading real estate consultancy companies in Germany.
For more than 20 years, Winters & Hirsch have been owner-run by the Tabert family. In 1988, the formerly Wolfsburg-based management consultancy was bought out by the Tabert family, who worked consistently to make the company a nationally and internationally operating real estate advisor.
In the early 1990s, Winters & Hirsch gained reputation primarily through advising on Jewish restitution claims. By applying empathy and competence in dealing with the original owners, we also earned a good name internationally.
Today, our major business areas are investment advisory, corporate services, real estate valuation, office agency and property management. Due to the continuous increase in the volume of valuation instructions, the Winters & Hirsch Valuation Services GmbH & Co. KG was established.
The asset value of the valuations and analyses carried out by Winters & Hirsch in 2008 is over EUR 5.45 billion. Altogether, we conducted some 70 valuations involving more than 870 commercial and residential properties.
Winters & Hirsch offer comprehensive services that are customized to meet our clients’ specific needs. In an effort to help our internationally operating clients save time and money, we established the property management and office agency departments in 2007.
