Norman Kindler, born 1981, joined the Winters & Hirsch valuation advisory team in February 2007, specializing in residential, commercial and portfolio valuation.

In 2009, he was EU-certified under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 from IQ-Zert Bonn.

Norman has several years of experience as real estate agent and valuer. He gained valuable professional experience working for the Head Office of the North Thuringian Board of Expert Valuers. During his studies he worked as a freelance valuer for an Erfurt-based valuation firm.

Norman studied at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg, receiving a degree in Real Estate Management as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering in Real Estate Valuation. He obtained additional qualifications in Special Real Estate Financing and Financial Controlling in the Real Estate Industry.

Norman speaks German and English.
